comnum.rrc_spectrum(n_symbols, sps, rolloff)#

Root of the raised-cosine spectrum on the n_symbols·sps bins of a periodic block (1 in the passband): shaping and matched filtering with it are exactly Nyquist.

Parameters:

  • n_symbols (int) – symbols of the block.

  • sps (int) – samples per symbol.

  • rolloff (float) – roll-off factor.

Returns:

n_symbols·sps gains in FFT order (float64).

Return type:

numpy.ndarray

Raises:

ValueError – for a negative count.
