comnum.rds_differential_encode(bits)

The differential encoding d[k] = d[k-1] xor b[k] of RDS (NRSC-4 Table 1).

Parameters:

bits (array_like) – the source bits.

Returns:

the transmitted bits (uint8).

Return type:

numpy.ndarray

Raises:

ValueError – for values other than 0 and 1.
