comnum.ofdm_preamble(ofdm, *, seed=0)#

The preamble of Schmidl & Cox (1997): two identical halves.

Parameters:

  • ofdm (Ofdm) – the modulator.

  • seed (int) – seed of the symbols.

Returns:

one OFDM block with its prefix (complex128).

Return type:

numpy.ndarray

Raises:

ValueError – for an invalid parameter (the message names it).
