comnum.downsample#

comnum.downsample(x, factor, *, offset=0)#

Keep the samples offset, offset + factor, ….

Parameters:

  • x (array_like) – the signal.

  • factor (int) – the downsampling factor.

  • offset (int) – index of the first sample kept.

Returns:

the kept samples (complex128).

Return type:

numpy.ndarray

Raises:

ValueError – for an input that is not an array of numbers of the expected shape.
