comnum.lagrange_cubic(x, mu)

Cubic Lagrange (Farrow) interpolation of four samples at μ ∈ [-1, 1] (μ = 0 returns x[2]; OptiCommPy interpolator).

Parameters:

• x (array_like) – four consecutive samples.

• mu (float) – the fractional position.

Returns:

the interpolated sample.

Return type:

complex

Raises:

ValueError – for an input that is not an array of numbers of the expected shape.
