comnum.dvb_packets(n, rng)

MPEG-2 transport packets for a simulation: the sync byte 0x47 and 187 random bytes each.

Parameters:

• n (int) – number of packets.

• rng (Rng) – the generator.

Returns:

188 n bytes (uint8).

Return type:

numpy.ndarray

Raises:

TypeError – if rng is not an Rng.
